Yale alarm panel beeping...

My Yale alarm panel or hub is beeping every 30 seconds - how can I stop it and why would this happen?

This might be happening as your Yale alarm may be unplugged - it's an easy thing to happen. Check the backup battery is switched on (it's a recessed switch on the back of the hub next to the power lead input).

Remedy: unplug hub and make sure backup battery is switched off. Wait for 20sec.

Switch backup battery on and plug in power lead.

If there's still an issue, you may need a new power supply for the hub, or there may not be power at the mains socket - we can help you get hold of one if you want to get in touch.
